You can begin the admissions process by submitting an online admission enquiry through our website. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us directly by telephone or visit the school office during our working hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, where our team will be happy to assist you with your enquiry.

To complete the admissions process, both the parent(s) or guardian(s) and the child are required to visit the school and meet with the Principal. This provides an opportunity for you to learn more about Kidz Palace, explore our facilities, ask any questions you may have, and for the Principal to interact with your child in a warm and welcoming environment.

Admission is confirmed following this meeting and interaction with the child, subject to the school’s admission requirements and the availability of places.

To complete your child’s admission, the following documents are required:
• Birth Certificate
• Aadhaar Card
• Two recent passport-sized photographs

For students seeking admission to higher grades, the following additional documents are also required:
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school attended
• The student’s UDISE Code from the previous school attended

No. Kidz Palace does not conduct an admission test as part of the admissions process.

However, prospective students may be invited to take part in a Informal Baseline Assessment. This is a friendly, age-appropriate assessment designed to help us understand each child’s current knowledge, skills, and stage of development. It is not an examination and does not determine whether a child will be offered admission.

The purpose of the Informal Baseline Assessment is to enable our teachers to plan the most appropriate learning and support for each child from the very beginning. It helps us identify individual strengths, recognise any areas where additional support may be beneficial, and ensure that every child receives the level of guidance and challenge they need to thrive.

At Kidz Palace, we believe that every child is unique, and this assessment allows us to provide a personalised learning experience that supports each child in reaching their full potential.

Yes. We warmly welcome parents to visit Kidz Palace before making an admission decision. A school visit gives families the opportunity to explore our campus, view our classrooms and facilities, meet our staff, and gain a better understanding of our learning environment and educational approach.

School visits are generally available Monday to Friday between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., after the school day has ended, allowing our staff to give parents their full attention without disrupting classroom learning.

Parents are also welcome to visit on the second and fourth Saturday of every month, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. During these times, parents can speak with teachers and the Principal, ask questions about the curriculum, admissions process, and school life, and receive a guided tour of the campus.

Kidz Palace currently follows the NIOS-based curriculum, providing a flexible and well-rounded educational experience for our students.
We have a vision to introduce the ICSE curriculum, and this process is currently ongoing as we believe this will further enhance our academic offering and provide families with an additional, nationally recognised curriculum option. We will share further updates as this transition progresses.

Kidz Palace offers an online admission enquiry facility to make the initial admission process simple and convenient for parents. Families can submit their enquiry online, and our admissions team will contact them to provide further information, answer any questions, and guide them through the next steps.

To ensure that every child is placed in the most suitable learning environment, admission is finalised only after the child and parents visit the school in person. During this visit, families have the opportunity to tour the campus, meet the Principal and teachers, complete the admission formalities, and, where applicable, allow the child to participate in our Informal Baseline Assessment. This helps us understand the child’s current abilities and ensure that we can provide the appropriate level of support and guidance from the very beginning.

Parents are kept regularly informed about their child’s academic progress, behaviour, and overall development through scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs). These meetings are generally held on the second or fourth Saturday of every month, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., providing parents with a dedicated opportunity to discuss their child’s progress in detail.

Holding PTMs on Saturdays allows teachers to devote sufficient time and attention to each family without affecting classroom learning during the school week. Parents can meet with teachers at a convenient time during these hours to discuss academic performance, behaviour, strengths, areas for improvement, and any support their child may require.
