- All parents should strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school.
- If a student is late or absent he/she must bring a written explanation/ leave application from the parent or guardian.
- Regular late attendance, frequent absence, improper uniform, carelessness in studies will be viewed seriously.
- Identity card must be carried with the uniform.
- Students that contract infectious disease shall be allowed to attend the class only after they are completely cured and with valid medical certificates.
- All parents are required to drop in/collect their child at fixed school bus pick up/ drop in points before the exact morning and evening times prescribed.
- If there is any change in the usual school bus timings due to any unexpected reasons it will be informed to all through an SMS on the parent’s mobile phone number provided.
- Those who use own transportation must drop in their child strictly before 9.25 amon all working days.
- If a third party other than parents is entrusted to pick up the child from the school they must use the password system provided by the school.
- If a student needs special attention or care that must be informed to the school management at the time of admission itself.
- If the child is taking any kind of medicine, a doctor’s prescription must also be sent along with the child.
- If a child is having any kind of behavioral problems, differently abled or hyper active that must be informed to the management at the time of admission itself. In any case if the parent does not disclose the above saidbehavioral problems of the child the school management will have the sole right to transfer that child from the school and to suggest an institution more suitable to meet the child’s ‘special needs’ and care.
- Disobedience of any sort shall be severely dealt with and the decision of the management shall be final in such cases.
